4th of July Weekend

I spent the weekend in Anchorage!! It was GORGEOUS!!!! I have never seen anything more beautfiul in my life. It was about a 6 hour drive of nothing but mountains, spruce trees, and just beauty. It literally took my breath away! I was grateful to God for the beauty of His creation! We got sweet deals on a hotel and they were nice. I was very grateful to sleep not only in a bed, but a KING!!!!!! Like I said before, I haven't slept in a "bed" for over a month so that was very nice to do for 2 nights. We drove on the 4th, got to Anchorage ate dinner and did some shopping. Then at midnight we went to this baseball field where they did fireworks. It was the first time I had ever seen fireworks when it was not dark out! That was a little strange, but it was neat. Then on Saturday, we got up and went to this wildlife conservation. We got to see bears, moose, foxes, bald eagles, etc... It was a good experience. Then we drove to this place where there was a 2 1/2 mile tunnel that went straight through a mountain. It was so cool!! Through the tunnel, there was this cute little place called Wittier. It was on the Prince William Sound and it was beautiful!!! Boats and shops were every where!! I loved it. We ate at this cute restaurant that sat on the water. It was completely beautiful!! It was a really good weekend, and I was impressed with creation once again. God never ceases to amaze me and His handiwork. I heart HIM!!! Here are some pics of the weekend.
